Planning Services
Full Planning $1500
This means we are with you from day one. Helping you stick to your budget and timeline, support your vision, facilitate venue tours, meet with your vendors, and deal with logistics like contracts, rehearsal dinner and day of coordination. We are also a great asset when it comes to hard situations like cutting back your guest list and creating a seating chart. This package is only available to those living within a 40 mile radius of Moorefield, WV. $1500
Partial Planning $1200
With partial planning, we use our professional guidance by coordinating the most important aspects of your big day. This involves vendor coordination and review of contracts. You will be responsible for payment directly to the vendor and contract negotiations. Also included with partial planning is day of coordination. We will also assist with set up and be present the entire day to assist with clean up. $1200
Day of Coordination $1000
For day of coordination, we step in and take care of any last-minute details and encourage everyone to stay on schedule so you’re free to enjoy the day. We will need to be present for rehearsal dinners as it is part of the day of preparation. $1000
